Easy Return Process: Returning an item is easy! No worries if you simply changed your mind. We offer 14 days shipping back from the date of delivery. Once we receive the returned item(s) and check them, we will process your refund or exchange promptly.
Returns within 14 Days: If you receive a defective or damaged item, or your package is lost in transit, we're here to help. You can return the item(s) within 14 days from the date of delivery. Please, get in touch via hello@happyandhyped.com and we'll walk you through the return process.
Conditions for Returns:
The item(s) must be in their original condition and packaging.
All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact and attached to the product.
The item(s) should not show any signs of wear, use, or damaged
Refund or Exchange: For defective or damaged items, as well as lost packages, you can choose between a full refund or an exchange for another product. Once we receive the returned item and it's approved, we will process your refund or send the exchanged item.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as personalized or customized products, are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Return Shipping: For defective items, damaged items, or lost packages, we will cover the return shipping costs. However, if the customer changes their mind, they will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the return is received.
